This last two weeks have been very, very interesting but all in a positive way.
Basically about letting go and being in the moment not stressing about the future.
When we become fearful of what the future holds we start to become anxious and try to control situations around us, which only intensifies the level of anxiety as those around us start to react to this behaviour.
Changing your thoughts and behaviour makes such a difference. For example if work is becoming difficult, visualize it being happy, visualize everyone you come in contact with being surrounded in a golden rose bubble, that will make you smile, but try it. Don’t buy into the dramas. See it as being a happy productive time.
Even if you know that can’t see yourself being there in the foreseeable future, just visualize you being happy there now. It will change everything.
I’ll go back to my favourite saying:
If you don’t like something,
If you can’t change it,
Change the way you think about it.
- Give thanks for all you have in your life right now, it is meant to be there.
- Think of some things that you love and imagine you are there.
- Imagine a very large happy bubble in front of you and you are spreading that happiness out into every space you can.
How does that make you feel?
The more we focus on the positive things in our lives the more we attract it.
We have choices; lets choose to make our days happier.
When the time is right it will all fall into place.
