Energy protection and our intent for the time we are here.
Monday morning: Meditation: Connecting your energy to the mountains, lake and ancestors of this beautiful place.
Monday afternoon: Trip on “Earnslaw” to Walter Peak Station
Cruise across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm aboard the SS ‘Earnslaw,’ a vintage steamship. Spend some time in the beautiful gardens and then into Colonel’s Homestead for traditional afternoon tea and take a walking tour of the farm where you will watch sheep dogs in action, see sheep shearing demonstrations and learn the time-honoured art of spinning wool.
Treat yourself to alpine views of the Remarkables mountain range, which are just spectacular.
Tuesday Morning: 41/4 hour trip to the end of the lake (Glenorchy)
This scenic Glenorchy safari offers breathtaking mountain and forest views along the shore of Lake Wakatipu towards Glenorchy and the Paradise Valley. Visit the filming locations for Isengard, the Ithilien Camp, Lothlorien & Fanghorn forest and the Seat of Seeing/ Battle of Amon Hen, and many more. You will be stopping along the way at breathtaking viewpoints.
En route from Glenorchy you will follow the Dart River to the spectacular filming location for Isengard. This location offers stunning views of Mt Earnslaw.
Tuesday Afternoon: Meditation on Energy and Chakra Clearing. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore.
Wednesday Morning: 1 hour Connection to Spirit, then off to explore Queenstown.
Thursday Morning: Off to Arrowtown and Wanaka for the day.
Arrowtown is a charming and quirky delightful gold rush village nestled below the beautiful peaks that surround the sparkling Arrow River. You will find yourself falling in love with this Historic town. It is certainly a New Zealand treasure.
On the way to Wanaka there will be photo stops as you pass through the Gibbston Valley well known for its wineries and along the Kawarau Gorge until reaching the town of Cromwell where you will be treated to a hot drink and a slice.
This route was historically used by Maori as a pathway to greenstone sites and later by goldminers for accommodation close to Cardrona claims. Huge mountains and massive glaciers surround Wanaka it is breathtakingly beautiful. Visiting the Reflection Tree, which grows within the lake will give you time to connect with this special place.
No matter what season it is, this tree will always make for great photos.
Thursday Evening: We will meet for dinner and celebration of our time here.
