Relaxation Meditation – takes you on a journey through your body, relaxing and calming every part. Then gently bringing you out. Your muscles are relaxed and your body feels great.
Colour Meditaion – Is just a short meditation, it allows you to experience the difference that clour makes in our lifes.
Golden Rose Meditation – This meditation creates a sacred space in order for us to work safley when working with spirit, or helping us manage our busy day. It takes us on a journey into our forest and spiritual garden.
Swimming with Dolphin – Sometimes children need time to wind down at the end of the day. This little meditation allows this to happen, it is like reading a story to settle them before sleep.
Animal Guardian Meditation – For children who feel they need a bit of extra help at certain times in their lives. This meditation has been designed to help them feel like they are in control and not alone.
