The winds of happiness –This meditation creates a place where we can go and feel safe and relaxed by first creating a sacred space around us then allowing us to experience happiness through imaging the wind is blowing it to us.
Bertie the duck Meditation-I love this meditation as it allows children to go on an adventure with their friend Bertie who the share everything with. They both have favourite places they can go. Bertie’s is the pond and the meditator’s is the special tree where you can leave your worries and play in the tree.
Beach Meditation-The beach meditation is going to the beach on a beautiful sunny day and playing in the water, lying on the sand and feeling the sand under our feet and having fun.
Relaxation Meditation-Takes you on a journey through your body, relaxing and calming every part. Then gently bringing you out. Your muscles are relaxed and your body feels great.
