Our mind is a garden
Quantum physics has revealed to us that all physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy. Even our thoughts are vibrations of energy. While it sounds like a concept or theory this is a new reality.
Our thoughts have a powerful influence over our lives
Most of us go through life giving very little thought to what our thought processes are. What it fears, what it thinks, what it says to it’s self and believes and what it brushes aside.
Considering how powerful our thoughts are and how they govern our lives we have a choice:
Whether we grow flowers or whether we grow weeds
That equates to the energy we give to our thoughts. Whether we feed it positive energy or negative energy.
I know when I get really exhausted and short of sleep my thoughts came very easily head down that slippery slope of despair and negativity and it can take some very hard work to get my thoughts back under control.. It’s an awful place to be, but I always know that with some sleep, having some “me time” and having friends to just listen, I will turn it around.
What do you grow in your garden?
For some it can be quite easy to get caught up in the work place bitching and negativity, and then find that that becomes their way of life. They struggle with trying to stay positive while not wanting to not be accepted. It then becomes a cycle that is hard to get off.
But think about the difference it makes to our energy if we chose to work at being positive because we do need to work at it. It’s grabbing our thoughts and saying stop! when we hear them becoming negative. That then becomes the beginning of creating change in our lives and in those around us. Just think about how working and living in a positive environment would feel.
There are so many energy shifts and changes going on right now, that the every day person is buying into more and more negativity.
What are you going to do in your life to break this cycle?
We have once again been asked to add to our protection. The golden spiral now has two golden strands of gold. In between these strands is the colour teal, which is protecting the new energy as it assimilates with ours or as our energy assimilates with it.
I tend to do make sure I have the Golden Spiral around me then draw the colour teal down through my crown with the Golden Rose and into my body and down into Mother Earth.
I thought I’d share the 7 Rules of life that I love.
- Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the present
- . What others think of you is none of your business
- Time heals almost everything give it time
- Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
- Stop thinking too much It’s alright not to know the answers. They will come when you least expect it.
- No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.
- You don’t own all the problems in the world.
Hully’s is on the mend now, his wound is healing nicely and in a couple of months he will be back to playing bowls that’s what he thinks. But after the last four months we all need hope and to hold tight to our dreams.
I hope you are all enjoying August as we get glimpses of spring in the garden, not that it feels like it today it’s freezing here.
Keep warm and safe.
Love and Light Judith x
