I woke up this morning looked at the clock and the number 444 was looking back at me. Oh, I thought, hello, just letting you know everything is well is what I heard.
Just to fill those of you who don’t know me that well, I have my maternal Grandmother around a lot (she died when I was five) and other family members that have passed over. When I’m with them it’s like having a chat over a cup of tea. They provide loving support and reassurance.

On the other hand, when I work with my Guides it’s more serious I have to be listening and present, in a very different energetic space. In our Monday night classes we have been discussing how the speeding up of the energy shifts have been impacting on us individually and for each of us it is different. But one of the things we have noticed is that spirit is visiting us more often.
You can be sitting watching TV, reading or just sitting still for a bit and out of the corner of your eye you will see something move, but they don’t stay, they are gone in a flash.
It’s like they are thinking, “finally they can see us, but we don’t want them to see us yet”.
Just jot down how things have been for you over the last few months and keep writing in your journal.
Questions to ponder:
Are you feeling different?
Are you finding you don’t want to be around certain people anymore?
Are you becoming more sensitive?
A little exercise to help with this is to:
- Try these:
- Concentrate on your breathing allowing yourself to settle gently into your own energy. Then when you feel yourself relaxing take a couple of deep breathes releasing your breath slowly.
- Then imagine on the next in breath you are breathing the colour teal in through the top of your head, breathing it down your spine, down your legs and down into Mother earth.
- Doing it again but this time imaging the colour moving through into ever part of your body helping you to adjust into the energy shifts.
- Next imagine the colours of the rainbow moving gentle through your aura backwards and forwards clearing it, and gently resetting it until they reach the bottom of your feet and as they do they form a lovely cape that you can pull around yourself for extra protection.
